This community is careless and unprofessional
August 17, 2021These apartments have been very negligent on roof and floor repairs Our guest room has mold and it's been already 3 months since we've been asking for repairs. We don't recommend this place, it seems as if the structural maintenance is not up to date making it an unsafe place to live.Property Manager Responded

Roach infested/1 day as a new tenant
May 10, 2021First day of being given my key I walk in and roaches are crawling all over the walls, roaches on/in the oven fridge and the cabinets were all black with dead and live roaches! Nice Apartments/Would Recommend
April 21, 2021I lived at Fairway View for 3 years. They are excellent apartments. All maintenance concerns are answered in a timely manner and the office staff is professional and friendly. The property is maintained in good condition and the dog park is a major plus for those of us with dogs looking to let them run around a bit. FAIRWAY VIEW IS A MUST
June 13, 2016I am currently a resident at Fairway View. When I was looking to move this community had no units available but the wonderful ROCIO took my contact info and called me as soon as there was an opening. Ever since I have been living here very happy and content. The grounds are always kept clean. The new remodeled pool area is amazing. My unit is also renovated. I have never had any major issues while here just minor maintenance. When this has occurred I have gone straight to ROCIO and she has solved ...it all for me. Living In Paradise
December 16, 2015I am a current resident at fairway view since 2013. Words can not describe how happy I am to be living here. Let's start with the maintanace. As you drive into the very safe gated community you enter a tropical complex with beautiful landscaping and palm trees. The pool and gym is always well kept. The maintanace team is amazing. Always greeting neighbors and asking if we need anything Especially Gladys and all the gentlemen who work together to make this place feel like paradise. We also have a ...valet trash service that is excellent. Moving on. On my move in date I was greeted into my new apartment with a gift set from fairway view. The leasing team is Outstanding. Rocio is the marketing consultant. She is amazing. always greets you with a smile and makes you feel V.I.P. She is the one who began this journey for my partner and I . She does the paper work and takes care of the front desk. You walk in feeling as you have just entered the Ritz Carlton. Soraya is the Property Manager. Words can't describe what an amazing person she is. She is so polite and friendly. Any problems we may have she takes care of it ASAP. Stephanie also works in the office. She is in charge of payments. Another fantastic person. Pest Control comes often and I have never seen a single bug in my apartment. That makes me beyond happy as I am afraid of bugs. Now to the fun stuff. We have holiday lights contest with a huge prize. We are talking about money here. It's exciting to see the neighbors get involved during the holiday season. We also have pool parties with music and food. That's always fun. Also all the apartments are refurnished and look beautiful. It's luxury living here. August 3, 2015The maintenance department is definitely less than desirable. The business center is nil. The pool restrooms are usually locked; this is highly inconvenient! Frequently, my sidewalks are full of duck feces. I feel it is ridiculous that I do not have until midnight of the rent due date to pay my rent online! For my 2/2, I am being grossly overcharged for an apartment/grounds that are not being properly maintained, or by a management company that treats its residents as valued tenants.Review from Apartments.com
