Been seeing bad reviews here online before I rented my apartment. I still gave it a chance and I’m thankful I did! Its so big and spacious, the one bedroom apartments are so huge for the amount of money we pay. Its a very comfortable complex, I don’t feel unsafe at all. Management always responds well and timely, maintenance is always there when you need them even same hour you actually needed something, they appear. Everything is always well maintained, trash, hallways, leaf blowing, snow ...

I've been living here almost three years and have never had any issues. I put in a few maintenance requests and they were addressed in a timely manner. I get a lot of compliments from people on how big and spacious my apartment is. I live upstairs so I have the cathedral ceilings which is nice. They keep up on the landscaping and snow removal. It's a quiet complex. I have enjoyed my time here.

Been here about a year and I am very happy with my 1 bd apartment. Really spacious apartment , it’s pretty quiet for the most part, you hear your neighbors at times but it’s apartment buildings so it’s expected . Had 2 small issues in the beginning 1) the washer stopped working 2) carpet smell of previous tenants pets but both issues were taken cared of immediately which was great ! Definitely recommend

Do not waste your money here. The staff and maintenance are absolutely horrendous, rude, and condescending. Maintenance is included in rent yet you literally have to fight with people to get anything done because absolutely nothing here constitutes a problem actually worth being fixed in a timely manner. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in, in my life! And if the complex isn’t bad enough just wait until you have to drive through the surrounding community!

I don't know who wrote the previous reviews, but they must all live on the second floor where it doesn't sound like the ceiling is going to cave in with every step. These apartments have no noise insulation at all! I can hear what goes on in the upstairs apartment diagonal from me. It's great that there's a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, but the honest truth it that they're probably older than me and on their last leg.Everything is outdated! This is honestly the worst apartment that I EVER lived ...
in and I can't wait to move!! Plus it's in Lakewood, have fun not getting into a car accident, LOL!

I'm renting a one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. It has cathedral ceilings, central air, a dishwasher, gas range, and a stackable washer/dryer with water and sewer included in the rent. The living room is larger than a lot of other places, and I can fit in a sectional sofa, a treadmill, and an office space.
I just love the outdoor landscaping and trees! They are very good at keeping up on the mowing and snow removal. There are sidewalks around the whole development, pet stations with ...
plastic bags to clean up after your dog, plus we're in a cul-de-sac location. The only traffic comes from the tenants. No heavy trucks rumbling by!
I've put in two maintenance requests, and they were promptly addressed. Both staff and neighbors are very friendly. I'm very happy here and highly recommend it!

The apartments are roomy, clean and adorable. You get your own washer and dyer and they allow pets. It's not a bad area. The main compliant I have is that maintenance is very slow if you need anything fixed. Other than that it is an amazing place to live with friendly neighbors.

This apartment complex was my first apartment and I really turned it into my home. I had moved out and gotten engaged, and about 6 months later acquired a rare brain disease that required major brain surgery. I ended up moving back home with my parents, to get better. As soon as I felt back up on my feet, I knew it was time to come home. I came straight back to Fairway Villas, and they accepted me with open arms. The staff here is so kind and professional, they are always on top of maintenance ...
and answering questions or problems. Every time someone new comes to my apartment, they make such a fuss about how amazing my apartment is. I have enormously high ceilings, full carpet, dishwasher, washer and dryer, two walk-in closets, and they allow pets. It is surrounded by luscious gardens and trees and we overlook a golf course. A three minute drive to the Parkway, just adds to how great this complex is. I am lucky to live somewhere I love.

Me and my husband would love to move Fairway Villas in Lakewood the staff are very friendly and the grounds are clean and beautiful the people who live there were very nice we feel this is a beautiful place to live we are praying to get a two bedroom . One of our close friends let us see how beautiful the apartments are in side and we loved it .
