Disrespectful Management
December 29, 2025I am extremely disappointed with the management here. Recently, we were given no notice to move our vehicles for snow removal—a basic courtesy any responsible management should provide. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s unsafe and inconsiderate, especially for older residents like me who have mobility concerns. To make matters worse, management has shown zero willingness to address the issue, even though it affects all tenants. Disappointing
December 29, 2025Any time an issue arises—whether it’s maintenance, parking, or snow removal—the property manager seems visibly annoyed and unwilling to help. It’s frustrating to live somewhere where the people in charge treat legitimate concerns as an inconvenience rather than their responsibility. Avoid This Place
December 29, 2025I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others about this place. Honestly, I really wish I’d paid attention to the red flags before moving in. The apartment is a joke. The appliances are ancient, the closet doors and blinds are falling apart, and some outlets don’t even work. And don’t get me started on the lighting—there’s no light in the bedroom, but hey, there’s a light switch that doesn’t do anything. It’s beyond frustrating. Now, the management... well, I’m not even ...sure if you can call it management. They have no care for tenants. It’s all about squeezing your money and doing the bare minimum, if that. Inhumane Management
December 29, 2025Management here does not care about its tenants. They are misleading, unresponsive, and consistently shift blame onto residents instead of taking responsibility. Issues are brushed off, and then ignored, and communication is vague or outright deceptive. It constantly feels like you’re being set up to be at fault no matter what the situation is. The building is clearly mismanaged, and tenant concerns are treated as inconveniences rather than legitimate problems. Horrible management
December 29, 2025Living here was nothing but frustration. Management is unreliable, dismissive, and quick to blame tenants for every problem instead of actually fixing anything. No matter what the issue is, you’re made to feel like it’s your fault, and help is nonexistent. The building itself is old, outdated, and clearly neglected, with constant issues that never truly get resolved. Communication is poor, maintenance is ineffective, and accountability is nonexistent. Terrible Place do NOT rent
December 29, 2025This building is extremely old, outdated, and clearly neglected. Everything feels worn down and cheap. The A/C is basically useless but will still cost you over $200 a month if you run it daily. During the winter, they tow cars with no warning and then send you to a tow yard 6 miles away where you’re forced to pay $260+ just to get your car back. Management is incompetent and unresponsive—good luck getting anything fixed. Bedroom light switches don’t even work, and the overall quality of the ...units is terrible. Not too shabby!
July 11, 2019It’s a nice place to live! People are friendly, maintenance is timely, price is reasonable, no mail issues, and the pool is a bonus ? It’s nice to leave near town but on the outside of it. Beautiful view of the bluffs. There are always parking spots available! Please note that the negative reviews were from many years ago. It sounds like there have been many positive changes. There is maintenance issues due to the age of the building, but they do the best they can. It sounds like there are ...older apartments and newer ones within the buildings. Not worth the money!!!
May 18, 2018Filthy carpets even after shampooing. Constant bug problems not taken care of. Poorly maintained when requested maintenance. Everything kept falling apart and breaking. We were so fed up after 6 months that we broke our lease. Took them 3 months to re-rent unit. Would NEVER rent from or recommend tenancy again.Review from Apartments.com
