Very Nice
August 6, 2018I currently live At Fairways in a One Bedroom I would Highly recommend Fairways apt. The place is kept up the grass is always maintained, they keep the apts up to date. The Maintenance is on top of any issue and respond that same day.. The office staff Michele and Kim and Everyone Is very respectful and answers all your questions and Do not keep you hanging.. I have a dog and my only issue is that the other dog owners do not pick up after their dog..and some of the dog owners Do not have ...control of their pet. Management and the complex is a good choice. I looked at many before i decided on Fairways and the ONE bedroom is a decent size.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE
September 16, 2015The maintenance and offices here have left us to live in a leaking and mold infested apartment while not allowing us to move out without charging us $2,200!!! There is molding forming around each of our air vents and on the vents themselves, and they are still insisting "there is nothing they can do". My husband and I have been sick and all we want is to leave. Don't live here! They will treat you like worthless idiots.Review from Apartments.com
Quiet, safe location with golf course views
September 4, 2015The Fairways are convenient to 3 major highways, shopping and recreation. Some of the apartments have golf course views. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartments large, and dogs and cats are allowed. The apartments themselves are a little dated (they're updating them slowly), but they all have a private patio or terrace. The facility has a pool. My biggest complaint would be the online maintenance request form. You'll have to wait a while to hear a response, if you hear one at all. Not Bad
August 31, 2015The apartment is in a well kept community. I wish the staff were friendlier they pick and choose when to add our pet fee each month. They also have a big rate increase each year. Maintenance doesn't come as quickly as I would like either. You also have to pay additional money just to use the pool which is unfair. All and all the grounds are safe and the environment is calm. Almost perfect
August 5, 2015Being from NYC we were pleasantly surprised with the size of our 1 bedroom (almost 1100 sq ft), as well the inclusion of a washer/dryer and dishwasher for under $1000/month. The Fairways complex is also conveniently located near all major highways (42, 295 and NJ turnpike). NJ also seems to be the land of strip malls so we are only about 8 min from a strip mall containing a Walmart as well as the deptford mall for your shopping convenience. Although our beloved home of NYC is still about a hour ...and 45 minutes away, we at least have center city Philly at our finger tips (15-20 minutes). The only complaint we have about our complex is that it takes a while before any repairs you request are handled. They seem to have only a few maintainence men employed and although they are all super sweet, the wait could be a little annoying. Overall we are happy!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
