Fairways at Feather Sound is Where Rural Meets Cities...
April 17, 2024Located in a peaceful area only minutes from Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, I-275, Beaches, St. Pete/Clearwater and Tampa International Airports. Stores and Blue Pearl Pet Hospital (24-Hr.) are within a few minutes. A 5-minute walk leads to Shell, dry cleaner, salon, Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Domino’s, and UPS store. Publix and Topgolf are within a 15-minute walk. Ana M. is an amazing property manager, always professional and kind. It is obvious she cares about the property and its residents by ...ensuring safety and cleanliness measures are always in place. Charlie is a most professional and nice maintenance guy, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Service requests are addressed immediately. Property has peaceful lakes, dog parks, and walking areas. As someone not from the area, I appreciate the diversity of residents, from students to working folks to families to retirees. Fairways at Feather Sound is as unique as its location, and that is why I continue to renew my lease each year.Property Manager Responded

It’s nearly impossible to pay your rent on time and they gleefully charge a late fee after the 3rd
September 7, 2023My 1st payment to this property, my bank had moved my deposit to my savings account without my knowledge. So they turned off the ability to pay that way. Meaning that I would have to go get money orders for a year. Which is difficult for me to do because I work nights and I have a limit as to what I can withdraw daily….so it caused me to pay a few days late…we’re not talking about weeks late. But after the 3rd…it’s considered late. When i resigned my lease, they turned ACH back on and I paid my ...rent on time, but their system tried to charge me twice for 1 months rent. I don’t keep $5k in my account…so due to their error, they denied my access to ACH payments. And they have a new payment process that my bank marked as fraudulent. So after standing in line to get a money order for over an hour, I couldn’t get the payment to process. I shouldn’t have to run all over town on multiple days to just pay my rent. It honestly takes about 3 hours per month to make all of the trips to pay. Especially when it was their mistake in taking the payment twice. They also have an old hot tub that is broken most of the time, and is often full of dead skinProperty Manager Responded

Great apartment complex
July 11, 2023Jacob helped me move in and the process was super easy. He took care of any issues that popped up. The complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good location. Best front desk and maintenance in town

Great place to live!
October 6, 2022We love it here! Spacious 2/2 BB with lots of closet space. Caely and Seffrey made our move in absolutely wonderful. The maintenance team is the absolute best. Perfect location, wonderful amenities and pet friendly. I love the events they have for residents and the occasional food trucks that come by. We are definitely resigning our lease.
