June 17, 2021I moved into one of these apartments in 2019 the night before I was supposed to move in they called me and told me it wasn’t ready. And they were moving me into a different unit that was 1 bedroom smaller than I had paid for. THE NIGHT before. I had to be out of my other apartment and I was moving everything by myself. I had no other options. Thank goodness for my mom. She talked to them and they agreed to move all my stuff into an empty unit and I was to live in a furnished one for 3 weeks! It ...was so inconvenient. For their mess up the did give us 2 months rent for free, which I did appreciate. The manger was completely unprofessional. She drove me to my unfinished apartment one day on the golf cart to show me the progress and she was SMOKING and blowing it all over me.. so disgusting. The apartment was filthy and I felt like crying, one of her employees even told me that it is always like this and I wasn’t an isolated case and they hated working there because management sucked. Fast forward to me finally moving in and things were still broken but whatever I was in. I would put in work orders to get things fix all the time and I would call multiple times over weeks and nothing would get done my dad had to come fix everything. Fast forward to me eventually getting out of there and handing in the keys mind you I told them well within the 30 days notices I’m pretty sure it was 2 months notices. They told me that I didn’t give enough notice and I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back... all while COVID was going on. All because they switched managers and they were so unorganized. I still haven’t gotten it back. There are many more examples but this is getting too long! Please please please do not waste your time here!!! Total dump...
February 11, 2021This place is a joke. It took over a year to get our faulty A/C fixed. They knew it was leaking and refused to fix the leak. The ceiling and wall is rotten from a leak in the roof. What did they do? Patched the roof (after multiple complaints!!) and slapped some putty over the rotten drywall. That’s it. The parking lot is poorly lit, so don’t be surprised if your car gets broken into. They’re aware of the problem but refuse to address it. When it snows, don’t expect them to clean the steps or ...sidewalk. Management is a joke and you pay for disappointment
May 12, 2020This place will nickel and dime you to the end. Want to park in front of your buillding? Forget it! The only solution is to create "VIP" spots for an extra hundred bucks a month on an already overcharged apartment which effectively makes it so you CAN'T park unless you pay. Forget the elderly woman using a cane having to walk, or the parent trying to carry groceries and a baby up the stairs. We'll cater to the able bodied individuals that can swing that money. They're also working on taking away ...you ameneties. Live on a golf course, but now you need to pay extra! If you want any sort of maintenance, be prepared for some attitude. My most recent maintenance request took over TWO MONTHS to complete. You'll have mold on your window and don't expect them to do any more work than throwing a couple of piles of salt down in the winter. Do not move here
December 17, 2019This place is horrible. The managers are rude and they do not listen to any complaints. They lost our rent check and tried to kick us out even though they had to change they're policy on taking rent checks because they lost rent checks. You will have a high electricity bill due to poor insulation. We paid $200 every month. In the winter we had ice on the inside of our windows. When asked about this they told us to put something on window seal. When moving out they charged for all kinds of ...ridiculous things such as fixing outside gutters. Stay away
September 3, 2018Management is a joke. Prices went up. But building and the inside of apartments are still awful. Maintenance takes about a month to reply. The office people are so rude and all they do is make up excess for everything. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors. Moved here because it was a gated community, but the gates are never close. And if you want the renovated apartments it is ridiculously expensive. Might as well move in to a brand new apartment somewhere far away from here. Like ...down at Fallbrook. My boyfriend renewed his lease and office people lost his contract and kept charging more rent. Great Place to Live!
August 20, 2018So far I love living here. Lots to do ...great location. Property has daily shuttle running back and forth to campus. Saves me gas money!! Pool and club house are way better than other places I’ve seen. Golf course brings nice calm environment.Apartmnets are nice inside for the money....full size washer and dryer. August 16, 2018New management said they would be better than the last management, turns out they are just as unorganized and rude. The buildings were built very fast and poorly.
