I moved into one of these apartments in 2019 the night before I was supposed to move in they called me and told me it wasn’t ready. And they were moving me into a different unit that was 1 bedroom smaller than I had paid for. THE NIGHT before. I had to be out of my other apartment and I was moving everything by myself. I had no other options. Thank goodness for my mom. She talked to them and they agreed to move all my stuff into an empty unit and I was to live in a furnished one for 3 weeks! It ...
was so inconvenient. For their mess up the did give us 2 months rent for free, which I did appreciate. The manger was completely unprofessional. She drove me to my unfinished apartment one day on the golf cart to show me the progress and she was SMOKING and blowing it all over me.. so disgusting. The apartment was filthy and I felt like crying, one of her employees even told me that it is always like this and I wasn’t an isolated case and they hated working there because management sucked. Fast forward to me finally moving in and things were still broken but whatever I was in. I would put in work orders to get things fix all the time and I would call multiple times over weeks and nothing would get done my dad had to come fix everything. Fast forward to me eventually getting out of there and handing in the keys mind you I told them well within the 30 days notices I’m pretty sure it was 2 months notices. They told me that I didn’t give enough notice and I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back... all while COVID was going on. All because they switched managers and they were so unorganized. I still haven’t gotten it back. There are many more examples but this is getting too long! Please please please do not waste your time here!!! It looks nice but trust me it is not!
