Amazing Complex

I have lived all over NY State in apartments. I have lived in two complexes managed by Tri-City Rentals. Over this past week I have had contact with 5 different people employed by them from maintenance, complex office and finance. The amazing customer service I got is the reason I remain! Thank you!!!! Tried to move here in 2019 from the city and had a bad experience took my deposit money and then didn’t receive a call back if I was approved, so I decided to call because they have my money only to find out my application was never processed and then an hour later they called to say I was denied because of credit but I believe it was for other reasons. So had to drive back up here from the city to get my deposit back it was a waste of my time.

This apartment complex is great! I had nothing but good experiences when it came to the rental office staff. Heather and Diane were so helpful, from showing me the apartment to helping me extend my lease they were both friendly and informative. The complex itself was quiet and well kept. If there were any problems all I had to do was email the office and they would have someone out to fix it as soon as the next day. The pool was great on hot days and was kept very clean. The neighbors were ...

friendly and always said hello. I would highly recommend this complex. The only reason I didn't stay was because I was relocating out of state. Otherwise, I would have renewed my lease in a heartbeat.
