Management doesn’t even know their own lease agreements. They try to trick residents into signing stuff that goes against their lease agreements that would cost the residents to pay more money. The maintenance is poor as well they claim to fix the problem but it is always cheap temporary repair. Ex. Our fridge buzzes so loud and our dryer won’t dry clothes until the third rerun of a load, our microwave is also broken and won’t register that the door is shut and it will go off like food is ready ...

at random times threw out the day. Maintenance as been here multiple times and all my appliances are still broken.

Ive been living here for almost 5 years, and ever since this new company started managing it, Ive already had to pay 400 extra dollars in the past 6 months to keep up with their fees and fines that they charge you for every little step that you make. Im sure their pretty new remodeled office is worth all of their tenants hard earned money. It was so much better with the old company. They actually cared about the people, not just the money. Also I have to keep my kids bike and a lot of the stuff ...

inside because only patio furniture is allowed outside, from what I was told. Then I drive by all these apartments that have garbage and random crap stacked outside, and I guess thats ok. Bring back the old management team, or get someone new.

I lived at Faith landing for almost a year. I had to terminate my lease agreement because I received a job offer in another city. I went into the main office and asked specifically what is required to terminate early and what would be the cost. We reviewed the lease agreement together, we went over all of the costs and I was told exactly how much I owed. After I moved out I received a $250 fee Charge. When I inquired about it they said that when I forfeited the deposit the $250 that is normally ...

covered by the deposit when you end your lease agreement on a normal contract I now owed that amount. The lease agreement does not specifically state this. when I inquired at the main office they told me that it was listed under "additional fees". This is extremely misleading. My other experience is I had a car that was registered and titled parked in the same spot for a period of time and it was towed. I had to pay the cost of that. Do not rent from this complex.

IT IS NOT A BAD PLACE TO LIVE. I have kids and live on the 2nd floor and have no problems I am going on my 2nd year here. Some just leave negative reviews because they did not follow the rules in their lease. Have not had problems I give it 5 stars. I think it is quite here.

The appartnrs are horrible, you hear trains passing every hour. So your un able to get well rested. The counter tops are cheap and lifting. The managemt is rude, after letting them know there would be children in the house hold they said it would be no problem, yet after signing the lease we get noise complaints constintly. The neighbors are rude as well when company is over they leave notes on there car such as"you cant park stupid"

I really love living here because it is far enough away from stores to have some peace but it is also close enough for a walk to the store. This complex is very kid friendly and I love that my son can play with other kids in the neighborhood. I really enjoy that there is a pool that we can relax and play at all summer, even better I live right next to it. The clubhouse is also great. This is a great apartment for young families. There is a basketball court, swimming pool, a playground, and plenty of green grass to play games on. The school bus stops right in the middle of the complex. The staff is courteous and kind. They help maintain a family friendly atmosphere.
