Okay for the area
April 9, 2022The area is commensurate with the location. This part of Mississippi, is not glamorous nor modern, so interested applicants should manage their expectation. The interior is fully carpet except in the kitchen, bathroom and the entrance way. The walls/ceiling (floor units) are thin and not completely“soundproof”, as you can, at times, hear creeks and voices. There are no lights fixtures installed in the units and plugged lamps are needed for light. The appliances are dated (circa late 80’s). The ...complex is quiet and tidy. Amazing!
September 20, 2015This place is the best. They recently instilled a smoking ban that I find awesome. The amenities are wonderful. They keep everything pristine. Although there are a few loud neighbors, I've never had a problem with any any of them. Many are willing to go out if there way to help you and will greet you.Review from Apartments.com
Loving my new home
August 31, 2015I just recently moved into my apartment and I must say I am falling in love. This is the first place that my fiance and I have lived together in and we are slowly making this into a home!!! The location is just what we needed to be close to our place of employment and everything. The rates are reasonable and it seems like the neighbors are friendly.
