Treacherous customer service
October 21, 2019I wouldn’t recommend this beautiful location to no one. Yes the place is nice however the staff is very rude and disrespectful. I come to spend my hard earned money. I want to be greeted by someone whom has manors and someone who is respectful.Review from Apartments.com
Staff was not friendly
December 3, 2018I Called because I was interested in taking a tour and renting an apartment I spoke to a lady named May she just didn't seem warm or welcoming which I think is Key when wanting someone to spend there hard earned money with you she just honestly seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about the units and didn't seem as if she cared if I rented a unit or not. I felt rushed off the phone as well and at 10 am your shift just started so you would think a person would be more enthusiastic.
