cockroaches everywhere. I tried products to kill them but it didn't work. I have contacted the manager several times to do something about this problem, but they just sent maintenance to spread some liquid and that was it. They never end. No matter how much you keep a tidy and clean the apartment, they are everywhere. The administration don’t support you.

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is so rude and Un helpful. My apartment constantly had roaches no matter how much I cleaned. The parking is terrible. Some nights you can’t even get a spot in the complex parking lot. You can hear your upstairs neighbors talking. Gross, and miserable.

My family and I have lived at the Falls for going on 3 years. We love the staff, and our community. While every apartment living situation has its quirks, we have a comfortable home. The quick access to I-45 helps when rushing to get out of the house in the mornings. When you're down by the pool, you don't feel like you're home. It feels like you're on a mini vacation at a resort.

Stopped by today with my mom and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who were putting up beautiful decorations in the lobby. We went on a tour with Sarah and were pleasantly surprised by the property. Although it's really close to everything the falls still has a way of feeling separated from the Hussle and bussle.

I’ve been a resident since 2017 and I’m so happy I found this place. It’s quiet and clean. The maintenance and staff are so warm and welcoming and will resolve issues expediently.
