It's Like Living at a Resort
July 26, 2023My wife and I were looking to relocate from Michigan to North Carolina. While searching for a new apartment home, we came across Falls Creek Apartments. From the moment we drove into the parking lot and walked into the office, we felt like we were checking into a resort. Jason immediately made us feel welcome and answered all our questions about moving to Sanford. As we finalized our plans for our move, Jason and Ms. Sherry were always willing to answer questions and guide us through the move-in ...process. We love our apartment, the grounds, and the surrounding neighborhood. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly and professionally. The ladies at the office are spectacular and are always willing to help with anything you need. I could not have asked for a better experience while living in Sanford. September 6, 2015This is a perfect apartment complex.It is like living in a vacation resort! The yards are well maintained,as well as the outside of the buildings. There is a pool,with all the amenities,and a gym that is 24/7,with all you need to keep in shape.There is also a car wash with vacuum equipment to keep that car in tip top shape. The management are most helpful and will check on you by phone occasionally to make sure you are happy.And, as an added bonus, there are 2 walking trails within reasonable ...distance.
