998 Falls Park Dr My AC was out. Maintenance camp over within 2 hours, checked the unit inside apartment and outside the apartment, located the problem and fixed it within 30-45 minutes. The maintenance personnel was very knowledgeable, very respectful and professional.

TERRIBLE NEW PROPERTY OWNERS/ UNTRUSTWORTHY MANAGERS. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Slimy and greedy new owners charged me $875 for not giving them a 30 day notice (Which I did verbally 60 days before) prior to moving out. I am a local first responder, have never missed a rent payment and lived here for two years( with no problems with previous owners simpson and simpson I highly recommend their properties) and never missed a payment while staying here. I moved out at the end of April when my lease was up ...
and was supposed to get my $400 deposit back. The manager stated since I didn’t have my previous notice in writing or email that there will be an $875 charge for not notifying them. They are not for locals. They are a big business looking out for themselves and greed. Well, they never called me back and now there is a collection company calling me asking for $475. Completely unprofessional please take your business elsewhere.

Air Conditioning Fan My air conditioning fan had been getting louder all of the time. Hunter came by and tried to hear the noise I was referring to and it took a few times before he was able to hear the sound that I had referred to. Upon hearing the noise it made he had it replaced within the next few days. I appreciate how he follows through with everything until he can resolve the issue! Just renewed for the 3rd year. I was skeptical when the complex got sold but the new company is great. They even added the dog park that we requested. Our new property manager is polite and very helpful. Our maintenence team is awesome! I've had a few work orders and they respond quickly and fix things the right way. It's a safe and well maintained place to live.

Ongoing toilet issues I’ve put in several service request to fix my toilet. It is fixed every time, but it’s only temporary. I came home from work today to it running continuously. I have to turn the water off and on every time it’s used. This is very frustrating for the amount of money I pay in rent. At what point will the parts be replaced instead of quick fixes? I know it’s frustrating for maintenance too. I feel bad every time I have to put in a work order for the same issue.
