Don’t Expect Too Much

Maintenance at this place sucks terribly in every category. They literally know it’s raccoons in the roof of the apartments that are active 24/7, night or day, and they don’t do anything about it. If you’re lucky, you might even get to hear the raccoons yelling at each other at night or get woken up at 4 in the morning from the raccoons clawing and two-stepping over your head to the point where it sounds like they’re going to come through the roof! expecting peaceful sleep you can get rid of that expectation now. Oh and if you move into a new apartment and there’s bird poop caked up into a hardened pile all over your balcony that’s probably been there for MONTHS you will be the one expected to clean that yourself.

Apartment is over priced for nothing upgrade, if you upgrade u pay it all year long and as long as u live in that apartment, which is sick . Garbage never on time, appliances needed upgrade. Awful. Don’t let the pictures fool u or the area. Pay to much for so little

I have lived in many apartments in my life, but never experienced such apathy in office staff as I have at the Falls of Pembroke. I Call for maintenance issues all the time and no one ever comes to fix after the first or second call To the office. It usually takes a 3rd call, which is completely unacceptable. The reason I am writing this review is because what has happened this weekend. I have a leak, it’s spreading, my floors are soaked. I called yesterday and was told they would send someone ...
right away. NO ONE EVER CAME. Secondly, I have mold in my vent, which is dangerous to my health. Do you think anyone came to fix this? I understand that there will always be apartments with other issues, but doesn’t a leak and mold take precedent? I hate writing negative reviews as I love to support businesses in our community.... but this place is an absolute horror show and they deserve as much publicity about their, “awfulness” as we can give them. Stay away. There are other places. Check them out!

Living in this apartment is the worst experience ever! I'm trying to move out earlier because I cannot stand this apartment. It's absolutely disgusting, there are bugs everywhere all the time even though I clean it everyday. I'm highly allergic to the apartment and the owner said Im still financial responsible for the rent even though I had to move out for health reasons. They didn't care about my health, all they cared about was their money. I break out in hives every night and have a doctors ...
note saying I have to leave. I'm not sure if the carpet wasn't cleaned, I'm sure it wasn't because like I said this place is gross. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. If you ever have any maintenance issues, good luck getting it fixed. Save your money and don't waste it on this disgusting place. It's over priced and not worth your time and money

Terrible nasty over priced

Manager is always rude. Wont speak back or make eye contact when you talk to him, agent stephanie is great but the other girl is usually asleep by lunch. Pool is disgusting. Mold on a lot of appartments. Maintenance drives around socializing instead of fixing anything. They will charge you a late fee for hurricane evacuations. Computer lab you gas a 1999 internet connection. VERY slow . You will have to refill ink and paper yourself . Always hundreds of bags of trash outside. Animals in lobbs ...

I'm currently living at this facility. I'm pretty happy with the service and the staffs. They are very helpful and always ready to help. They keep the place clean and very inviting. Crapy high price run down apartment

Living here for over a year and they still haven't fix problems in the apartment. Hugh increase in rent and worst yet apartment is like the sixty style. Very run down. Amenities is what you paying for because apartment is crapy. That's y they have pics of surround not the apartment
