Everything is awful
November 29, 2020I have lived in many apartments in my life, but never experienced such apathy in office staff as I have at the Falls of Pembroke. I Call for maintenance issues all the time and no one ever comes to fix after the first or second call To the office. It usually takes a 3rd call, which is completely unacceptable. The reason I am writing this review is because what has happened this weekend. I have a leak, it’s spreading, my floors are soaked. I called yesterday and was told they would send someone ...right away. NO ONE EVER CAME. Secondly, I have mold in my vent, which is dangerous to my health. Do you think anyone came to fix this? I understand that there will always be apartments with other issues, but doesn’t a leak and mold take precedent? I hate writing negative reviews as I love to support businesses in our community.... but this place is an absolute horror show and they deserve as much publicity about their, “awfulness” as we can give them. Manager is so rude!
June 12, 2020Living in this apartment is the worst experience ever! I'm trying to move out earlier because I cannot stand this apartment. It's absolutely disgusting, there are bugs everywhere all the time even though I clean it everyday. I'm highly allergic to the apartment and the owner said Im still financial responsible for the rent even though I had to move out for health reasons. They didn't care about my health, all they cared about was their money. I break out in hives every night and have a doctors ...note saying I have to leave. I'm not sure if the carpet wasn't cleaned, I'm sure it wasn't because like I said this place is gross. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. If you ever have any maintenance issues, good luck getting it fixed. Save your money and don't waste it on this disgusting place. November 14, 2019Manager is always rude. Wont speak back or make eye contact when you talk to him, agent stephanie is great but the other girl is usually asleep by lunch. Pool is disgusting. Mold on a lot of appartments. Maintenance drives around socializing instead of fixing anything. They will charge you a late fee for hurricane evacuations. Computer lab you gas a 1999 internet connection. VERY slow . You will have to refill ink and paper yourself . Always hundreds of bags of trash outside. Animals in lobbs ...are not cared for at all. March 20, 2019I'm currently living at this facility. I'm pretty happy with the service and the staffs. They are very helpful and always ready to help. They keep the place clean and very inviting. Crapy high price run down apartment
September 26, 2018Living here for over a year and they still haven't fix problems in the apartment. Hugh increase in rent and worst yet apartment is like the sixty style. Very run down.
