Was great until Keener Management took over
January 6, 2024The years I lived here I have never seen The Falls At Clearlake dumpsters this nasty and filled to the top and trash on the ground. Not until Keener management took over. Coustmer service is horribe. They never communicate with the teants in regards of work orders and the work orders are never done in a reasonable time which is weird because they have 5 maintance men..... They will even cancel you work order with no explanation to why. You can email them about your work order and they never ...respond. They are barking up a tree of (repair and remedy) the way they are going. Keener management and everything stand for is lies they are beyond LAZY. The old management team took pride in their job. The trash man was always was here dumping the dumpsters. Our work orders never went over 24 to 48 hrs of being attended to or at least them reaching out to us. They understood the customer service aspect of being a management team. As teants we never had to harass the office because it was ALWAYS a clear communication. i can count on 1 hand the amount of times i spoken to old management because they were always on point.Property Manager Responded

December 29, 2021I only have good things to say about this complex! The grounds are well kept the amenities are wonderful! The maintenance is fast and the front office ladies especially Nancy (helped us moved in) and Daisy (helped us with the move out) we’re both so awesome! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in the Webster area! I would also like to add that Daisy was very detailed in the move out charges in our final walk-through. Do not rent here
August 5, 2021Lived here for 13 months and never been happy to move out. Management is horrible always harassing me about my rent not being paid when it’s automatically paid on the 1st every month never been late never asked for payment arrangements everything was paid. Parking is a joke there’s multiple people living in a single bedroom apartment and all of them take up parking. Dog park has never been kept up it’s a jungle there can’t even use it, grass in the whole complex is never cut. Potholes everywhere ...and repairs to the units are half assed. Floors inside the units are so uneven you can’t even have a table that doesn’t wobble all over the place same thing with any other furniture. For the price you get what you pay for. Watch out for fake reviews there’s definitely a lot of them listed for this apartment complex.Property Manager Responded
