$1,500 Charge for move-out
June 8, 2023Got charged about $1,500 for move-out cleaning, painting and labor. Mind you, the apartment was returned in same condition as was given minus wear and tear like two wholes on the wall for hanging paintings which is covered as wear and tear on the lease. Litigating is not worth that amount and time, just telling you their trying to milk every cent out and having attorneys and collection agencies on retainer. Also, posted a collection on my credit for literally being late on rent for 1 HOUR, lease ...at your own risk. Don't Live Here
May 1, 2020I think it's called The Falls because everything falls apart. The blinds, windows, water heater, internet (to name a few!). There's mold under the sinks. You can never count in the hot tub to be warm, let alone clean. They literally let it be green with pool chairs in it for days. The bathroom at the pool is spider infested and never (NEVER!!) gets cleaned. I saw the same feminine hygiene product on the bathroom floor for over a month. T gym is filthy and they let it run out of paper towels and ...cleaner so you can't wash down equipment before or after you use it. The soap in the bathroom is actually hand sanitizer, so when you "wash" your hands your not even getting them clean. They hardly ever snow plow and when they do, you can hardly tell. They sometimes place salt outside so you have to do it if you don't want to slip. Sometimes the maintenance guys will kick you out of the pool/hot tub early for their convenience. Nice, new and roomy
September 4, 2015Really nice apartments that are spacious and clean. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and accommodating. My family has enjoyed the time we have spent here and it has been a safe and inviting place to call home. It is pet friendly, though the dog park could be better maintained. It would be nice if lights were put up on all the trees during Christmas time but there aren't decorations.Review from Apartments.com

They've also been extremely accommodating, as I was living in another state with no transportation and thus unable to complete transactions in person much of the time. Excellent Housing
July 30, 2015When I first saw advertisements for this new complex in 2013 I thought that it would be much too expensive for a student's budget. I was wrong. With the right number of roommates these apartments are perfect for students who don't want to live in trashy, rundown student housing. I loved how clean and beautiful everything was. The location was perfect for someone who needed to stay in Logan, but didn't want to be on campus with all of the freshman. The pool area is beautiful and ...well-maintained, and parking is great.
