Pros:
Maintenance will be done upon request.
Cons:
Walls are paper thin.
Virtually no insulation. You will hear your neighbor next door walking. You will hear your neighbor in the next building playing music through your bedroom and throughout your apartment. If you happen to have a neighbor above you, you will know every room they are in as the floor will creak and squeak due to cheap padding and week floors. You will hear every single sound above your head; noise travels down encase you didn't ...

You will know when someone comes in or leaves the complex because the front door will slam. Moreover, you will hear them as they walk or run up and down the steps at all hours of the day and night.
In addition, the laundry room will be a source of terror to those living on the first and second floors, as you will hear the noise from the pipes as the washers are in use at any time of the day and night. Not to mention the doors to the entrance constantly slamming as residents enter and exit.
last point of interest is the disposal of garbage which seems to be a problem at most complexes. Recycle does not include a mattress, sofa or armchair, lamb, bed frame or any item that cannot fit into a dumpster. That's my time. Goodbye.
