March 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comPros: Maintenance will be done upon request. Cons: Walls are paper thin. Virtually no insulation. You will hear your neighbor next door walking. You will hear your neighbor in the next building playing music through your bedroom and throughout your apartment. If you happen to have a neighbor above you, you will know every room they are in as the floor will creak and squeak due to cheap padding and week floors. You will hear every single sound above your head; noise travels down encase you didn't ...know. You will know when someone comes in or leaves the complex because the front door will slam. Moreover, you will hear them as they walk or run up and down the steps at all hours of the day and night. In addition, the laundry room will be a source of terror to those living on the first and second floors, as you will hear the noise from the pipes as the washers are in use at any time of the day and night. Not to mention the doors to the entrance constantly slamming as residents enter and exit. last point of interest is the disposal of garbage which seems to be a problem at most complexes. Recycle does not include a mattress, sofa or armchair, lamb, bed frame or any item that cannot fit into a dumpster. That's my time. Goodbye.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Excellent place to live
February 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis is by far the best apartment I’ve had in the Baltimore area. Leah and Jamie in the leasing office are amazing! They made the move-in process a breeze and are always just a text away if you need anything. The maintenance staff are very friendly, respond quickly to requests, and they get the job done right the first time. Lots of sidewalks and green space for walking pets during the day, and it still feels safe to go out at night too!Property Manager Responded

The washers and dryers are expensive and nonfunctioning/filthy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are multiple leaks. They have break ins all the time. My apartment was flooded three times and of course no restitution was ever made and I had to pay to get out of my lease.

September 16, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comIve been living at fallstaff apartment about 5 years its located in a nice area and everything staff is pretty helpful i know some of them personally one of them happen to live in the same building with me on the first floor. There is a shopping center nearby with a gas station Chinese greek and Jewish restaurants plus a few banks and a rite aid pharmacy.. i must say over the years I've been here its been pretty good there was nothing that the staff couldn't help me with they came thru with ...repairs and such on time all the time so i virtually have no complains the only this that i would love to see is for them to update the apartments inside still on the old style...Read More

August 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comBetter maintenance, thicker carpet on top floor. Up date kitchen,bath with appliances and fixtures that is relevant. Trash area need to be more hidden and air conditioner of door area need to be more secure, after building a house with my husband, I personally feel like there is an accident waiting to happen.

August 24, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is located in a decent neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city (even though it is technically in the city). Our apartment was not up to standards when we moved in. There was mold in our cabinets, the drawers were warped, the appliances old and outdated. The office has been very responsive and are getting these things replaced. One thing that I am upset with is that the balconies are not sealed so water leaks through the wooden planks of the balconies above us and ...pours on our patio. There is nothing to be done about this since that is just how they are constructed. So if you enjoy sitting on your patio or balcony while it rains, this is not the apartment for you. There is a small pool that is not too crowded. Keep in mind that you are in the city school district so your children will not be able to attend the nice school that is within walking distance and will instead have to attend an under performing school located further away.Read More

July 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe surrounding is so beautiful and quiet, and neighborhood has everything that you need. Service is so excellent, i walk with a cane i requested a disability parking and within a day a had a convenient parking space. When you call for any issues with the apartment they send someone witin one day. I have no complaints with this apartment's complex i enjoy my stay here.
