This Property has become a nice and warm place to live. It is very well maintained and clean. The location is great. It like having a house with pool and gym. The prices are very fair.

The property was bought by a new company 3/2024.
It has changed and not for the better.
The garbage dumpsters are emptied twice a week.
The residents throw garbage outside the dumpsters.
I’m not sure why people are okay living like this.
Today it’s been 3 days since Hurricane Helene. There is still branches and debris all over.
The parking lot floods during heavy rain.
The storm drain is covered with branches and debris.
Residents drive through parking lot all hours music so loud it vibrates ...
in your apartment.
The place has just turned into a dump!
As soon as my lease is up I am out.

Mal trato a los residentes, no saben tratar y para ellos nada es emergencia, nunca están en la oficina cuando el horario es de 10 a 6 la administradora no da cara cuando se trata de un complaint. Con excepción de mantenimiento que siwmpre son atentos en lo demas No recomiendo el lugar

It's a quiet, small apartment community that's very conveniently located to just about everything and is on a bus route. Well-maintained, maintenance/service requests have always been promptly handled, and the office staff is very friendly and efficient.

I could not have picked a better place to live! This apartment had everything I needed! The apartment was clean, everything worked, and it was so quiet! I was never woken up by noisy neighbors and couldn’t hear any footsteps from my upstairs neighbors! The amenities of the complex were great and well kept! And Marisela is the best! If you ever need anything she is always there to help! This was my first apartment on my own and I felt very safe here. I would highly recommend anyone to live here!

I was reading some of the reviews, and thinking maybe these were written before, I live here, and it's the place I've ever rented from, like, literally... First and foremost, the apartment I live in is beautiful, which is why I couldn't wait to move in, location is so convenient, next to a major road, close to the interstate, not far from schools and grocery stores... I really wanted this Apartment. I have had a wonderful experience with staff, Office manager and maintenance people who are ...
employees here, and they're really just kind people, they always respond or help out as quick as possible, especially in an emergency event, even when I found a wasp nest near my balcony, they came right away because I have kids just to remove it.. my neighbors, oh my gosh, they're really so kind too! I see them walking their dogs, from time to time when we're leaving for work, and I'd have to say, I couldn't have asked for more friendlier neighbors... I love the rent price for all the amenities like the pool and workout room, plus I have a washer and dryer inside my apartment, no trucking to the laundry mat with pounds of clothes.. I think I'll always live right here, at least I don't have any plans on leaving any time soon! I LOVE my home!

Ms.Stacey in the front office is awesome! She get things done ! Michaleson management is the best thing that has happened for Forest Creek Apts. We were planing on moving out bc of the last management and Michaelson management made that change!
