    Maintenance staff is excellent. My apt flooded last year when there were heavy rains but maintenance fixed the outside landscaping for water runoff immediately . Since then no further problems .Office staff old and new are great . Apt is very classy nice fixtures and fittings . I am hoping my move out after inspection will be as easy and problem free as my move in. Will keep you update . Going to miss this community . Moving because of work . Building 8 Tenant FJalill

    The grounds are impeccable, even in the winter I can tell that great care is taken maintaining the exterior facade and the landscaping. Helps me to know that the rest of the maintenance team also provides high quality work.

    I really enjoy living in the Farmhaus community. My unit is beautifully proportioned with lots of nice touches. The office staff are professional and helpful. Maintenance staff responsive. Property is quiet, though it is winter so not a great deal is happening outdoors. I love that there are loving pet owners here walking and cleaning up after their dogs.
