Poorly maintained and poorly managed. AVOID!
December 19, 2023Old, worn out, poorly maintained and even more poorly managed apartments. Management claims mistakes when they repeatedly gain unauthorized and unannounced entry into apartments and even allow independent contractors to gain unauthorized entry into apartments. You, your spouse, your children… nobody is safe from intrusion in their own home. Trash overflows into the parking lot and management does nothing about it. Huge gaps in doors allow bugs to inundate the apartments and mold grows freely ...in cabinet voids. Avoid these apartments and their poor management at all costs!Property Manager Responded

Great apartment in Germantown
February 3, 2023I lived at Farmington Gates for almost seven years only recently moving because we bought a house. The complex was renovated while we lived there, and is a great place to live in Germantown. I loved the location - right near every main road, restaurants, shopping. It is in the Farmington Elementary School district, which is a wonderful school. Houston Middle and High are the next steps. While there aren't many amenities for the price (pool is the only one to note for my family), if you are simply ...wanting a safe, well-kept place to live, this is the one. Maintenance is always responsive. The leasing office addresses issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend it as your next home.Property Manager Responded

They will rob you blind when it’s time to move
March 31, 2020I lived here for 5 years and when I was preparing to move, I had two months left on my lease. The policy is you have to pay a fee and 1 months rent to leave early. That was fine, I cleaned my apartment top to bottom and they still refuse to even go back and look at my apartment. They not only kept my deposit but they are charging $1000 for carpet. Only 40% of the 1100 square ft was carpet. Come on now. Please pick another place to live. It may be cheap but they get you at the end.Review from Apartments.com

August 15, 2018I have been a resident of Farmington Gates for a little over 13years (in different apartments) and am simply amazed at the transformation. It's an older property with upgrades that are simply beautiful. I love the fact my children are minutes away from the park and the schools are great as well. The some what newer manager and maintenance team of the last couple years has been continuing to make changes for the good and they will be missed when I am finally able to get out and buy my house.Review from Apartments.com
Worst apartment available in the germantown area | Worst maintanence
August 24, 2017Worst apartment available in Germantown. I am a current resident and I had my A/C compliant for last 1 week. Every day I complain and the maintenance guys will visit and do something, but issue won't be fixed at all. I already had 3 appointments this week on the same. Lots of issues in this fresh looking apartment including cracks in the walls. Plenty of cockroaches and other bugs. Worst maintenance ever possible.Heavily overpriced. Only good thing in the availability of shops and schools near ...by.
