January 19, 2023I moved into this apartment building because i had a short time frame and it was the first available for me to move in. I was told the apartment was newly renovated when i moved in. Since then I have had a flood of almost my entire until, leaks in the bedroom closet and on one of the bedroom walls, and a massive leak in the corner of my living room. The basement apartments for this entire complex are very bad. Water leaking almost at all times from somewhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s ...mold in my unit. June 4, 2018I’ve lived her since March 15, 2017. The apartment on the inside looks amazing but once you move in you begin to realize that everything is cosmetic. The buildings are extremely old and in need of serious repairs, there is a random leak from my bathroom vent that happens periodically as a result. Aside from some maintenance to the buildings, the parking lot is destroyed. There are pot hole throughout the complex some of which are several inches deep and at least 4 feet wide. The last issue is the ...pet policy. This complex allows any dog breed because of this majority of the complex is filled with aggressive dog breeds. Just last week someone was bit by a neighbors dog in front of my building. I cannot allow my daughter to play outside because I’m afraid that she will be attached by a neighbor’s dog. I am looking for a new place to live. The constant maintenance, continued neglect of the property, and the lack of safety are too much. This place is pretty bad.
