Poor Property Management, Lack of Safety on Property, Negligence
September 17, 2024I recently moved here about 2 months ago and was so happy initially to have found a nice looking place both inside and out. However, shortly after my move in, I discovered how poorly the property is being managed. The parking garage door came down vertically, even after the pressing of the garage button, damaging the roof of my car while I was halfway underneath it. Unfortunately, the property management was unresponsive and took about a month to respond that they were not willing to help with ...any damages even after viewing footage of the malfunction of their equipment. I’m concerned with the safety of the property and the negligence from management and owners to checking the garage’s sensors and possibly other pieces of large equipment. Luckily, in this case, there were no humans walking underneath. It’s also always very difficult to get in touch with management except through sporadic texts.
