This is luxury?
October 8, 2025Cheaply built and very noisy. Can hear every footstep, every entry and exit from the building. The doors play a lound jingle everytime a keyfob is used - you hear this from inside your own apartment. All the doors are about 2 inches too short. There is nonstop leafblowers, the lanscapers are here constantly. We also share a property line with some homeowners who are fond of having loud yard parties blasting spanish music. Great Management
February 28, 2023I’m a new tenant, and regarding Josephine I have two words to describe her, amazing and impressive. I’ve spent over thirty years in the aerospace/satellite business. Early on when satellites were not designed to be repairable you had one shot to get it right. You had to have talented and capable people throughout your organization. Josephine reminds me of being back in that environment. Her ability to organize and manage as a single person is both impressive and amazing. My previous rental was at ...a property which had 3-4 people (on a daily basis) oversee a location of comparable size. Magnificent Community
September 9, 2022I moved here a year ago to a one bedroom an a den apartment and I totally love it. I'm a single women and I feel so safe. Is so clean, dog friendly. Great neighbors. The amenities are clean, new, modern and quite. Actually I'm moving in to a bigger apartment in the same community because I didn't want to leave this one... Josephine the facility manager... Noise is unbearable!!
May 18, 2022Apartments at Gardnertown on the outside appear nicely done from the exterior finishes to the grounds and landscaping. But, beware if you enjoy peace and quiet or restful nights- that won’t happen for you. This place is hell, it is extremely noisy and built very cheap. Vinyl floors and uninsulated walls. You will hear everything from children being reprimanded and beat, dogs barking, kids screaming, thumping feet, toilets and vacuums. Every single noise is amplified. It’s a non smoking building ...and grounds but that doesn’t stop people from smoking. It reeks of classless cigarettes and weed. Loud cars pulling in and out all hours of the night. Awesome
January 12, 2022The location is so close to everything. The management staff is very responsive. Send an email and they respond usually same day if not next business day. When winter storms are forecasted, whether big or small, the lands crew is quick to salt and prepare. I have never seen such dedication to safety assurance as Farrell does it. The landscaping snd exterior appearance of the property is tops. Not a blade of grass out of place. The hallways leading to the apartments are cleaned twice a week to ...ensure not just cleanliness but also health safety. Apartments themselves are spacious and contemporary in design. Farrell claims “luxury” apartments. And I agree they go all out to make it feel upscale. This place is so good I relocated to another state and when situation required my presence back in NY, I immediately called Farrell and begged for the next open apartment… and they delivered!Property Manager Responded

Amazing!
March 25, 2020My fiancé and I moved into Hudson Place at Gardnertown March 20, 2020. From the moment we stepped onto the property we knew this place was special! We knew the second we saw one of the floor plans in person that we were going to rent here. My fiancé and I enjoy cooking in our gorgeous kitchen with white cabinets and modern new stainless steel appliances. The bedroom is spacious and the walk in closet is a blessing ( I have way to many clothes). The den we converted into a craft room for myself. ...The bathroom is stunning with plenty of cabinet storage. Last but not least there’s a washer AND dryer in our unit!
