November 16, 2023They try to raise my rent twice within one year (even with a year contract). Not a good place. Shannon is very hard to get in contact with. False Promises. No hoops or painting parking spots as mentioned that will happen.Review from Apartments.com

July 26, 2015Charming renovated 18th Century Cotton Mill into beautiful updated homes. Apartment features two stories, two bed rooms, & one and a half bathrooms. Kitchens include brand new appliances such as fridge, stove/oven, & dishwasher. Outside there is a very large viewing deck that over looks the Sabattus river with a dam & waterfall. Close by to schools, farmers market, 10 minutes to Lewiston/Auburn, & only 15 mins to L.L.bean, and 30 mins from Portland, Maine. Cute, maintained, convenient
August 21, 2015Farwell Mills I and II are a great building to be in! The common areas are clean, policies are well communicated, and management handles problems effectively. This is both subsidized and market rate housing, but it's pretty quiet even with 85 units. 1-3 bedrooms, different layouts, good rent prices for the market rate folks, and not too far from Lewiston or the heart of Lisbon. I would ( and have!) recommended this building to friends and family.Review from Apartments.com
