The leasing agent, Andriana, has been very friendly, professional, and responsive, making the process feel smooth and welcoming. The facilities also look well-maintained and thoughtfully designed — from what I’ve seen, the property is clean, modern, and seems to offer a great living environment. Best Maintenance & Service Ever!

I had an issue with my heat in that the central heat and air device wasn't working properly in regards to the heat. I put in an online maintenance service request and within 10 mins a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the device within 20mins. It's not typical in my experience that service requests occur that quickly and professionally. I love it here at Faudree Ranch and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apt complex with fantastic office folks and staff.
