The facilities also look well-maintained and thoughtfully designed — from what I’ve seen, the property is clean, modern, and seems to offer a great living environment. Move in was super easy

Best Maintenance & Service Ever!
November 5, 2024I had an issue with my heat in that the central heat and air device wasn't working properly in regards to the heat. I put in an online maintenance service request and within 10 mins a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the device within 20mins. It's not typical in my experience that service requests occur that quickly and professionally. I love it here at Faudree Ranch and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apt complex with fantastic office folks and staff.Property Manager Responded
