Leasing experience at Faudree Ranch
July 24, 2025I'm currently in the application process for this apartment complex, and so far my experience has been excellent. The leasing agent, Andriana, has been very friendly, professional, and responsive, making the process feel smooth and welcoming. The facilities also look well-maintained and thoughtfully designed — from what I’ve seen, the property is clean, modern, and seems to offer a great living environment. Move in was super easy

Best Maintenance & Service Ever!
November 5, 2024I had an issue with my heat in that the central heat and air device wasn't working properly in regards to the heat. I put in an online maintenance service request and within 10 mins a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the device within 20mins. It's not typical in my experience that service requests occur that quickly and professionally. I love it here at Faudree Ranch and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apt complex with fantastic office folks and staff.Property Manager Responded
