Horrible
January 10, 2021I just moved in Jan 8... I was so excited and they told me to come for 12 and I did then they said maintence wasn’t ready so return 30 mins later. Got inside loved it but then started looking around... found mouse poop in the closet and then bed bugs on the counter ... not even one day I was there .... the hallways do smell ... I do appreciate staff Gloria she has been very nice ... I can’t even move in my furniture I have to wait another week. Please read reviews about mice and bugs they are ...honest.Property Manager Responded

Infested Place in City!
February 4, 2019I got a renovated(so called) apt. Curry stains,oil stains,broken blinds were there even before I move in..it was handed over to me in such a pathetic condition.. Next happened to see black stuff everywhere in carpet..which is actually MICE POOP? ? Great..later roaches! Wow I pay you rent and owe a big thank you for my hygiene health.. everyday I wake up scared ? what could have walked in my kitchen counters last night..Review from Apartments.com
Worst maintenance service and neighborhood
May 31, 2018They claim themselves as luxury apartments but they are not. I live in the "renovated" one bedroom apartment but the cabinets and equipments are not cleaned, they have curry stains and scent everywhere. Then in two months after I moved in I found out the pest problem they have in the unit, I complained and they had notices for the building saying they have pest controls, but obviously it didn't help because I had to buy my own mouse traps and actually caught three mice already and my lease still ...isn't ending until August. Showers are not functional everyday, there were days in the winter where you suddenly had cold water and there would just be no hot water coming down. Neighbors are ignorant and loud especially with the kids, they play bicycles in parking lots areas, in the main car roads and even on tennis court surface, parents seem to don't care about their children or assume drivers will have to dodge them? No you should be guarding them and tell them to get on the sidewalk. And the adults will be playing tennis or badminton at the parking lot where cars are parked, what if someone's car got scratched or hit? I would not expect you to say sorry or anything right? If you want to live with a bunch of selfish ignorant neighbors and deal with strong scents in the elevators and hallways, this is your place to be. But if not, I strongly suggest you look somewhere else because it definitely not worth the price and I myself am definitely not continuing my lease once it's up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Maintenance Ever seen
October 10, 2017We live in Faxon Commons 1035 building, its been 6 months now, i ever seen such worst maintenance service provided by the Faxon Common Maintenance. below is the reason why i am giving this feedback 1. I have reported that there are rates are roaming in the night and my kids and my wife scared to live there. Maintenance people came and put few sticky pad, but still we could see lot of rats its scaring us every day. 2. We gave maintenance FOUR request[a month back] to repair few things, after ...many followup maintenance guy came and fix two out of 4 request. once he left the door, the door handle fell down, not sure what kind of fix he did. two of the request he did not mind he left as it is. 3. Again two weeks back i went and reported that the fix whatever provided by the maintenance guy is not fixed it is required to fix, they note down my apartment no and building details. After a week again i went and asked why maintenance is visited my apartment to fix, from the front desk, she log the maintenance request and she said, i will inform the same to maintenance. So far no one came. Think how the maintenance. In Addition to this i want to inform all whoever read this, once you enter into this building you will feel smelly bad. YOU WILL NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE FROM THEM. One Good think is, from this Apartment you will get good transportation frequently provided by the County. I love my apartment at faxon commons
August 14, 2015I live at faxon commons in Quincy I love it there the apartment is spacious and has a nice view is great. The staff at faxon commons is amazing and very friendly. Also the people who live in the complex are very nice and helpful. I really enjoy living here and wouldn't trade it for nothing. August 10, 2015It's a safe and clean environment to raise kids with tennis courts,swimming pool and gym.
