Staff has been responsive to requests and complaints. Pest issue discovered upon move in, staff is working diligently to remedy this. December 14, 2022I live in an apartment on Fay street. My apartment has been inundated with mold since June 2022. I have repeatedly asked the property owners to fix the problem. Their maintenance supervisor just laughs at me. Both my cat and I now have respiratory problems. I gave a rating because they won't accept your review unless you do. They should have negative stars. If you want to live in substandard housing where problems don't get fixed and pay a high price for that privilege then come rent at Fay ...Street Properties.
