October 30, 2025The Felson apartment community is beautiful & well maintained. The staff is friendly & helpful. The heated garage is a luxurious bonus, especially in the winter. I haven’t been in the pool yet, but look forward to it when summer arrives. Having Amazon lockers on site is a very convenient & secure way of receiving packages. Great Complex

Loud Noise, Dog Barking
August 2, 2025Unresponsive management to concerns. I have a neighbor whose dog barks for hours. I tried talking with neighbor no resolve. I called rental office promised call back or they would do something, and did nothing. Carpets in elevators are filthy due to dog pee. Poor quality, just don't move here, unless you like living with loud music and dogs barking.Review from Apartments.com

July 25, 2025Response to maintenance requests has been great. I like the community. My complaint is that the walls between apartments has no sound proofing. I can hear my neighbor talking and coughing. Also you can hear hallway noise because there are gaps around the door abs the doors themselves are not high quality. For a luxury apartment the noise issues are trouble some. However I am pretty content here.Review from Apartments.com
