August 30, 2015I RECENTLY VISTED FELTON LOFTS AND INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH WHAT I SAW. THE ONE BEDROOM LOFTS WERE GORGEOUS. IT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING TO SEE. IT WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. I AM FOR SURE INTERESTED IN LIVING HERE. THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT THERE ARENT A LOT OF APARTMENTS SO THE WAIT LIST IS LONG. BUT IT MAY JUST BE WORTH THE WAIT.!!Review from Apartments.com

January 3, 2015I recently visited Felton Lofts just by chance. What I saw really BLEW ME AWAY!! These apartments are amazing! The character of each apartment is unique and extremely well designed. The one bedroom loft is a major highlight of the building. What they offer for the value is just great. Nancy, the property manager is friendly, honest and very helpful. I liked it so much that I am planning to try and move in by the end of the month!!
