  • No Parking

    May 5, 2024
    Why move to a place that has no place to park. Management cares more about the retail parking, than resident parking. No gates, no security. Homeless people walk right in.

  • Overpriced.

    Smart home features don’t work. Parking is a nightmare. Poor building security. Hallways smell like trash. It’s not a luxury property. Way overpriced. Staff makes efforts, too much turnover.

    Living here is like a frat house, they focus more on having a pool party than fixing the trash problems, the fire alarms that go off at 3:00 am, GAS CARS PARKING IN EV, do not move here if you drive an EV.

    Simply put, it is overpriced and management is incompetent and do very little to assist you after you have signed the lease. The mandatory additional fees are absurd. Also, parking can be a mess.
