No Parking
May 5, 2024Why move to a place that has no place to park. Management cares more about the retail parking, than resident parking. No gates, no security. Homeless people walk right in.Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2023Smart home features don’t work. Parking is a nightmare. Poor building security. Hallways smell like trash. It’s not a luxury property. Way overpriced. Staff makes efforts, too much turnover.Review from Apartments.com

Avoid At All Costs
June 21, 2023Simply put, it is overpriced and management is incompetent and do very little to assist you after you have signed the lease. The mandatory additional fees are absurd. Also, parking can be a mess.Review from Apartments.com
