  • Parking issues

    There is no place to park at night. You have to pay for visiting parking on an app. I usually have no problem doing this however one time the app didn't work properly and my guest's car got towed. It was $565 I had to pay. Management was no help. I can't believe residents get treated this way. Also neighbors can be noisy. There are better places to live in the area. Unfortunately I have learned the hard way.

  • Beware of the noise

    In my time here, the staff have been helpful and I have enjoyed using the amenities when available. The pool was a great place to spend summer afternoons. The apartments are a comfortable size. The open air hallways are a bit different so expect that your utility bills will likely be higher. But one significant issue that makes living here less enjoyable is the constant noise from my neighbors above me. I hear every footstep and it gets worse with more activity happening, which is much of the ...
    day. As I sit here on Sunday morning, it sounds like someone has been sawing on my ceiling for much of the morning. I don’t know if that is because the neighbors or the construction of the building. I recommend trying to assess the noise if you are considering.

  • Successful out of town move!

    Relocated to the area for APG. Shary was extremely helpful in my search and helping me familiarize myself with area despite completing everything remotely. Recently moved in and I love everything about my apartment. It’s more spacious than I was expecting and the amenity spaces are better than the pictures online. Loving everything so far - will update if anything changes

  • Poor tour experience

    September 17, 2023
    Beautiful brand new property, but tour experience was very poor. Leasing agent had a poor attitude the whole time, was like pulling teeth to get her to talk to me about the property during the tour. I also was not able to tour the unit types I was actually interested in. Chose not to move forward with leasing because of this.

    Leasing Agent Kesharna was very welcoming and open to answering all my questions. I got approved in 24hours with a move in date and price that I love. I also got to take advantage of the 2 months free. I can’t wait for my move in date.
