July 15, 2025The staff have been a huge help, from maintenance to the office staff, I admire they're responsiveness and professionalism. They have gone above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The apartment itself could have used a bit more cleaning but it wasn't horrible. I will say the only thing I wish that was disclosed to me before signing the lease, was that the previous owner moved units due to the noise from their upstairs neighbor. To me, that sounds unacceptable, why was a resident left with no ...other option but to move units? Why is the upstairs neighbor still allowed to make as much noise as they want? Because the noise has been exceptionally loud, even late at night, making it difficult to sleep.Property Manager Responded

I started out in one of the older apartments and moved into a freshly remodeled one when it became available. I had grown up in an old house and lived in an old house for 29 years before selling it and moving to Fieldstone. I realized that the new apartment was the first time I had everything fresh and new.
