We truly felt inclined to apply in this community due to her hospitality. The facilities themselves have had very recent upgrades and seem to be well maintained. Stacey was incredibly informational and has been very responsive during the whole application and touring process. I enjoyed hearing that there were on going renovations to the leasing office and the various perks, such as the fitness center being available 24/7 for residents.

I came to Fieldstone looking for a three bedroom apartment for my family. Stacey took me on a tour of the property and apartment. The property is well maintained and the gym is great. The apartment is updated and the price is very reasonable. Stacey is great. She is very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. Glad that I am going to call Fieldstone home!

I absolutely love living here. The amenities are a huge plus, I'm so excited to use the pool over the summer and the fitness center is great for my new years resolutions. The apartments are well designed and there is plenty of space. Sydney in the office helped me get my apartment, and she was very helpful and she helped me find the perfect apartment in my budget. I would give more than five stars if I could!

Amazing apartment

All of the people I’ve met at this property have been so friendly and welcoming me to the community. It is a gorgeous property with lots of room for walking my dogs, large grass area for them to play, pool. Amenities are top tier and rent is very reasonable.

Great Location

Great location, close to downtown Dayton and all major highways, goes unnoticed do to being back off the road, very quite. Maintenance is amazing, manager is Stacy is very friendly and proficient, actually her entire team is just great - no complaints! Lived here going on four years and no plans on moving.
