Great place to live
February 19, 2026I'm seeing a lot of negative comments, so want to share mine. I have lived here for 21 months and just signed a two year lease. I have had several manintance requests and all have been handled within a couple of days. My manintance man is very friendly. When my furnace went out, it was taken care of that day. I have had no issues with my internet. If you like the ponds, there will be geese. The only issue I have is dogs not on a leash and dog poop all over, but this was an issue at my last ...place as well. I love it here.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
January 15, 2024Management did not do anything to prep the sidewalk, driveway for winter. Did not plow them promptly leaving it super unsafe to drive. Furnace is broken tonight with negative temperature. They just offered us space heater instead of fixing itProperty Manager Responded

A great place to live
July 10, 2023I read so many reviews on this website when looking for a place to rent so I figured I’d share my positive experience here. It’s been almost a year and I renewed my lease. Maintenance request are handled quickly, the leasing office is helpful, and the gym is small but nice. The pool is freezing though, if that’s a deal breaker for you. I love not loving in a hallway with 20+ other rooms. Here you have 6 units per building #, so I hardly if ever see other people when coming and going.Property Manager Responded

If you don’t need internet this place is alright
July 23, 2022They only allow one company here and it’s bloom broadband. Absolute trash internet with less than 1mbps download. No joke. Wouldn’t recommend for that reason alone. Can’t get any help with it and maintenance is in here every week trying to figure it out.Property Manager Responded

Very nice apartments
October 29, 2020I lived in Fieldstream for 8 months this years and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The apartment was clean and nice. We loved the balcony overlooking a pond and the central air and in unit laundry worked perfectly.Review from Apartments.com

June 17, 2020Seriously horrible. The workers are so rude and neighbors complain about every little thing. We also had black mold in our bathroom and the maintenance would just spray bleach over it.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2019Don’t live here. It’s expensive and not worth it. I got harassed by the manager and his wife. They don’t take your maintenance questions seriously and it takes months for them to come out. They were gonna raise my monthly payment after living there for a year. garbage
February 11, 2019this place is absolutely garbage, management doesn't want to work with you they try and screw you out of money constantly saying you didn't pay for some month and then they will just keep chalking on late fees and not tell you about it until 6 months later when you receive a huge bill and then it's almost impossible to go back and find records so you're almost screwed!! I've had to take screenshots of every time I paid just so I can show them that I paid for something so they don't try and screw ...me over! stuff constantly breaks down and then it never gets fixed! I've lived in much nicer places than this that have not only been cheaper but management has been great for instance pretty much everywhere else! stay away from this place unless you like getting screwed over out of your money I would give this place and -5 Stars if I could!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 11, 2019I have been living in one of the new apartments for 9 months and im not enjoying it. Management is terrible and there are tons of times i get charged out of the blue, so i have to go explain almost every month that i have paid all of my bills. Maintenance is pkay but i have had them come 4 times in a week and a half to fix my furnace. My laminate has also been tearing up since we move and they say theyre going to fix it, but it has only gotten worse over a 9 month period.
