Sketchy but central..
August 17, 2015I had a few mishaps with theft and break-ins durning my one year stay here-- however the downtown location without the downtown price was quite appealing. Not bad, but not great. If you want to be close to the action and are willing to take a very slight risk, this may be perfect.Review from Apartments.com
