Everything was fine until I moved out...
September 4, 2022The place was cool, they were really strict on parking which I liked. The apartment was pretty spacious even if you had a roommate. The hallways looked creepy though, every wall is a different color which was odd. Alot of parties so if you are one of those people that dont like that this is not the place for you. Everything was fine until I moved out. If you want to break your lease, you cant just leave, you have to find a replacement for your place, just a reminder for when you move in. They ...told me to try Facebook groups, so I did, found a new roommate and we both went into the leasing office to sign the papers. I had moved and then I call them back to give me a follow up about my roommate moving in and they straight up told me that they did not have any information on file proving that I had found a new roommate to replace me in my apartment, so I was still liable for the rent. I was so confused, I had to call them so many times to ask why there was no information on file about my new roommate and I, they got mad at me, I had to reach out to the manager. Turns out someone did not input the information into my account. Then they had to send me my deposit, it took four months to send me my deposit. I had to call to figure out what was taking so long and they said it was lost in transit and they had to send it again. I believe that alot of the workers in the office are either too new, too young, or too lazy to handle people's information. I did everything right and they were trying to blame me for their mistakes. Yes, that is true, there is a process to terminating your lease agreement, but this is standard in most student housing properties. October 6, 2021Staff does their best to match you with roommates similar to your interests. Buildings are secured. Maintenance crew is super responsive towards maintenance requests. I love that the apartment comes with a gym, study room, and free printing. The shuttle is great when needing to head to SDSU or buy groceries and Trader Joe’s. Overall nice experience to live
April 27, 2021Fifty Twenty Five provides great living conditions such as a spacious kitchen with a clean common living area. The furnishes they provide are better than most places with a plenty of areas to store your belongings. Services are great with helpful staff that respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. Do not ignore the bad reviews!
February 28, 2021I very highly recommend not living here. My roommates and I have received nothing but bad service and terrible communication while living here. We did not have a working TV in our living room for 2 months after move in because maintenance gave us a broken TV at first and couldn't find the new TV that was ordered for our unit. Our bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and it wasn't fixed for OVER A MONTH. This was in October and it is now March and it still isn't fully completed. Maintenance left ...debris, a ladder, a giant tarp, dirt, and drywall in our bathroom for weeks so that we could not even enter it. The sink, toilet, and shower worked perfectly fine, yet we couldn't even walk into the bathroom because of the mess that was left. We paid for a two bed two bath and had a two bed one bath for a whole month and received no compensation. Throughout the whole process we were told 8 different times that someone would come to fix it and no one came. I would have to call the office 5 times in one week to get any sort of update on it which was extremely frustrating. Even after sending a detailed email with our questions and concerns, we got no response. We have asked for compensation countless times for the bad service we dealt with and all we got was pumpkin spice lattes. We were very patient and polite with all our communications and could never get an answer on when the bathroom would be fixed. After finally fixing the leak, our bathroom was left a complete mess with some of our belongings damaged and we had to clean it ourselves. Comfy and cozy
February 11, 2021Awesome community with friendly staff who are always willing to help! Extremely close to SDSU with shuttles to and from campus. Best Student Housing!!
January 29, 2021I've lived here for about 4 years now while I was going to college, and have really enjoyed everything 5025 has to offer! I graduated last year but due to the pandemic, I decided to renew my lease for another year. The virtual events have been really creative, and maintenance is really helpful with fixing any work order I have in my apartment. And utilities for only $12 a month?
