Finisterra is conveniently located right behind Walmart, Costco, Bob’s Furniture, Ross, and a variety of other well-known retailers, shops, and restaurants which makes the location extremely convenient. Karla, the leasing consultant, has amazing energy. She’s always smiling, welcoming, and truly makes the leasing experience enjoyable and easy. Her positive attitude helps you feel confident in choosing this community as your new home. While I do ...wish that some amenities, such as the gym and pool, offered longer or even 24-hour access, the base rent feels fair for what you receive in return. Overall, my experience so far has been very good. Although I’m still new to the community, everything appears well-maintained or planning improvements, and I look forward to my stay here. September 26, 2025I recently had two issues that needed fixing, the Microwave stopped working completely and Im pleased to say that it was replaced immediately!My second was the washing machine was malfunctioning this took a longer period of time however my washing machine has been replaced now and I’m satisfied with the performance of the replacement!Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2025Extremely disappointed in how complex is ran, no follow ups from the many complaints when we moved in, office staff is not accommodating or supportive while moving in. They come off rude and condescending. Things were promised but not followed through with, rent is expensive for what you get and the model they show you looks nothing like the apartment you get. RUN! Do Not Move Here!!
August 14, 2024The most horrible experience EVER! they make sure to have the front of the complex clean but the rest they don’t upkeep it. I placed the same work order 3 times and the issue NEVER got fixed. When I moved it the nails were coming up the floor the paint on the cabinets were chips and they had water damage, the vent was super dirt like it hasn’t been changed in years. You can see all the dust and hair. Now a year later I’m moving out and they are shady when it comes to your deposit. They charged me ...for wear and tear like paint, that’s the owners responsible it comes with the territory of owning property. They even charged me $622 of additional deposit with no explanation. I have pictures of the condition I moved into and now they won’t answer my calls. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Do Not Recommend!!Property Manager Responded

Future Renters Beware!
January 9, 2024Four Months in and wow! I should've done more research! There are problems all across the complex, had I asked our neighbors they would've told me the first day they have Rodent issues. They have Roof-Rats all across the complex, and very outdated units that are still being fixed, our unit is mix, outlets are super lose, our unit was not move-ready. Broken appliances that took months to replace. Random water shut-off's with an "Oops we had a delay in communicating to the residents of ...water shutoff". No Accountability, Horrible Communication, Slow repairs, Roach and Rodent infestations....Yet they try to enforce community guidelines at their leisure. Don't be fooled, you'll have better options elsewhere, if you do a tour look at the little black boxes near any unit, those are rat traps/poison.Property Manager Responded

This place is a joke
April 9, 2023I have had nothing but issues since day one I moved here! From a condescending rude manager to staff. The walls and flooring are super thin, good luck if you have kids and on a second floor, the bottom floor you can consistently hear every foot step. And worst part of all? You can hear the laundry machines running from your next door labors so good luck sleeping at night.Property Manager Responded
