We appreciate the monthly events they schedule which are unique like movie nights, holiday event such as gift wrapping stations and recently the 2027 Vision Board Party ! January 12, 2026Love the beauty, cleanliness and quietness of the complex; feel very comfortable and safe. The Fiore management and maintenance staff is excellent. We could use more mixers to try and meet more of our neighbors. Most times we only meet people at the pool. Was thinking maybe a late spring/early summer block/pool party; everyone brings a favorite dish to share. The 2025 Halloween was a hit with the kids, very organized and got to meet some of our neighbors. Being a retired Facility/site ...superintendent, I understand the benefits of keeping cost down wherever and whenever possible; it would be nice to have the pool heated during the cooler months. The new landscapers are taking pride in their work, and it shows. Venice was not even on our radar when looking to move to Florida; we found both Venice and Fiore Townhomes by luck and glad we did.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2026It would be nice if our maintenance requests were taken care of right away. They get forgotten. It would be nice if the pool could get heated as we pay a premium price to live here and nobody can use the pool in the winter because it’s freezing cold.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2025I really like my new townhome. It is very well constructed. I like all of the room and layout of the townhouse.
