Terrible Customer Care
March 20, 2020I recently moeautifulved from one of M Timm's apartment locations (Firestone Meadows), and although the area was beautiful and had a great community, with all of the hidden fees before and after your lease, paired with the awful communication and availability of the local and corporate staff, it is a very tough and often frustrating place to live. While living there we received random charges, including one for our car being towed so that they could repave the entire parking lot, and we weren't ...even home! The main frustration is in the terrible communication and customer care. We didn't get our deposit back until today (75 days after our lease ended when they have a max of 60), and that's with being told three times by the apartment manager that it was "already sent." The corporate office as well did not do a thorough job, and ensured that we'd get back an amount less than what we received in the mail. When I called the corporate office and spoke to a woman named Brenda, all I received was a list of justifications of what she failed to notice and mention until after she ensured me over the phone of what to expect for our deposit return, and some attitude when I tried to ask about an incorrect date on our paperwork. DO NOT VISIT -- YOUR CAR WILL BE BOOTED
April 24, 2019Unless you live on your own and have only 1 person visit you, don't move here. The hot tub breaks often. The leasing manager is unapproachable and rude. The latest notice we received on our building: Attention Guests Because of numerous parking issues at Firestone Meadows, we have contracted with Colorado Security Services Inc who will immediately begin checking for parking permits on all cars. If your car does not have a valid Firestone Meadows parking permit, it will be booted without warning. ...The charge to remove the boot will be $120 cash or $125 debit/credit card. If you do not have a parking permit, or have a guest without a temporary permit, please come to the office immediately. Thank you! Isn't that pleasant? I went to the office and was rudely advised by Rita the leasing manager that each guest only receives 1 temp pass. She suggests all my guests park at King Soopers or the car wash and walk over (rain, blizzard or shine). Wow. How hospitable! 3 buildings, I was informed out of the 12 on the lot are having parking issues. So any surprise visits by your guests, will be extremely surprised to find their car booted because they didn't know the rules.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
