Best Place to Call Home
November 30, 2020Katherine, Sonja, Demetrius, Ronald, Jose, Pedro, Eddie, Christina, Beatrice are an amazing staff. Best place to live. I will definitely be renewing. I have never had another manager provide me with her personal number like Katherine has. Everyone is awesome. If anything breaks it gets taken care of immediately. Everyone is so nice and polite. Up Charges and noise issues
July 3, 2020The walls and floors are too thin and the neighbor’s are inconsiderate with their music and partying. I never slept well. They charge for trash valet service but it is anything but valet. They show up at 9:30PM and throw everyone’s trash cans around in the breezeways and leave them laying there. You are expected to put your can away by 9:00AM or they will actually FINE YOU $25. They for you to use their Spectrum package which was more than twice what I was paying on my own. They for e you to pay ...your rent via their resident portal and charge $35 service fee, or you can be highly inconvenienced and have to go pay at Walmart or HEB and the service fee is a bit lower. The hot water doesn’t ever truly get hot. I don’t recommend this place.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live!
June 3, 2020Great place to live. Here is just one of many reasons why. I'm very impressed with Eddie and Pedro, the powerhouse maintenance team! These guys are on top of it and were get to the core issue and fix anything that needs it. They get it right the first time around. They are very respectful and always smiling and waving at a member of the community. They call me by my first name, and that's impressive! July 1, 2019Due to my work schedule, I was not able to be home to receive a heavy package. Management helped me by holding the heavy package for me and have the delivery completed. Great place to live
June 29, 2019I moved in about four months ago and so far my experience has been excellent. My apartment is beautiful, modern, and spacious. I fell in love with from the moment I saw it. The office staff are amazing. Katherine and Vanessa are the best and always happy to help with whatever the issue. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Best of all, it’s pet friendly. My dogs have had a wonderful experience. My neighbors are friendly. What can I say, my experience has been amazing. Nice Apartments
August 27, 2018I visited Firewheel last weekend to look for an apartment close to the medical center. I love that they're just minutes from where I work. I was really impressed with how the complex looked and was kept. Everything appears very clean, new and nice. The apartments I viewed were updated compared to a lot of other apartments in the medical center within a similar price range. The kitchen granite countertops and new appliances were a plus. Terrible Management Team
August 26, 2018Please note that most of the 5 star reviews on various sites are not by residents but by people who are touring the community and who are give an application fee waiver if the write a positive review. The management has to do this so that they can counter the negative experiences of the people who live here. You should definitely question any company that has most of their reviews from potential rather than real residents. The grounds are not clean. There are piles of trash near the ...stairwells and in the halls that will sit there for weeks at a time. The dumpsters overflow and trash gets tracked all over the parking lot. The shower water temperature fluctuates wildly over even a 15 minute shower. The management is the worst part of the whole experience. They are condescending and rude. They don’t care about keeping people happy once they are here. They only care about luring people in and then everything becomes about squeezing as much money from you as possible. If you intend to live here, ask for a full explanation of all of the fees upfront. The rent seems reasonable but by the time all the fees are added, you will be looking at several hundred extra dollars per month. And they have clauses in their leases that say they can add technology packages in the future that are mandatory.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great homes!
August 25, 2018These apartments are in great proximity to the medical center and restaurants. The customer service is awesome, the homes are contemporary with newer appliances, and some of the apartments have small yards! The fitness center has a stair master and a squat machine.
