    DO NOT recommend at all. i’ve lived here a little over a year. it’s pretty quiet for the most part but they upped our rent and it’s definitely not worth it! they didn’t make updates to the apartments or anything so it wouldn’t make sense to why the rent is now so expensive?!!! they are acting like a 5 star property and they aren’t lmao. been thru like 5 property managers since i’ve been here and every last one of them are grouchy and RUDE !

  • Great location BUT-Very unkept and Dirty

    The breezeway are caked with mud and dog poop. I called and emailed about this and I was informed that a cleaning lady would come out - that was 4 months ago. The outside lights do not work or flash off and on consistently. There are large gaps under the doors so wide that insects come in and my electric bill is outrageous. This place needs much attending to. But this is a great location close to everything.

    Quite literally should be your last option. Not a single person that lives here likes living here and it’s mostly because of the managers. But units aren’t good either. If you even get to move in when they tell you too.

    Have lived here for less than a year and we’ve had three or four different apartment managers. There is no consistency. I have been double charged on electric bills and extra fees have been added but conveniently when you inquire about a discrepancy, no one is ever in the office and I have never received a call back. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen and the two bedroom apartments are located on a busy and loud street. It is one of the cheaper options in Kokomo which is why we picked it but ...
    it is worth the splurge to look elsewhere. Would definitely not recommend.

  • Absolutely a NOOOOO

    I have lived here for 2 year and they have changed management dozens of times. There is really no amenities and one of the “perks” that they say they have is 24/7 maintenance but that is a lie I’ve had a maintenance request out for 3-4 months with no resolution. Also if you are as unlucky as me to get a neighbor that yells and threatens you and your family the office won’t do anything much less will you be able to get ahold of anyone to file a complaint...
