Poor Response to Issues
August 3, 2023There should be an option to select “0” starts because that is what this place deserves. Overtime being here we have encountered multiple situations that we are not please with in regards to safety and cleanliness but this one takes the cake. Our AC has been out since Friday 07/28 and it is now 08/03 and still no answers. Been bouncing around from hotel to hotel waiting on this issues to be fixed. Each time we call we get no answers. You would think they would reach out to a different AC ...provider to get the issue with ac motor resolved but no we are waiting on their “preferred provider” to figure it out. March 15, 2022Living at Elux at Norterra has been outstanding. Amazing apartment homes with fantastic amenities. Its about as close as you can get to the house feeling without having the maintenance of a house. The staff is wonderful and the property has always been kept clean. I dont regret my decision to live here one bit.Review from Apartments.com
