A C not working properly My Air conditioner will not get the temperature in my apartment. Under 78 degrees and maintenance says it’s fixed. I disagree.

Water rising in kitchen sinks Living on the bottom floor of a 3 story building frequently people upstairs put grease down their drain that plugs the pipes below. I didn’t have any water running when it backed up . Maintenance came and angered out the drain.

Not powerwasged My patio was not power washed. They just swept it. I was home and I saw the whole thing through my window. In my bedroom, there still on the top frame of my patio door they were supposed to wash that off but they didn't even use water. They just swept it.

Looking for a place to move We've been here a few years and hope to stay a few more. It's the best place, i feel, for empty nesters. Maintenance is excellent at what they do and the office staff is always open for you.

Lived here in 2015 , just moved back and so far my experience with staff is great they try to accommodate my every need. And it seems like there always having something for the residents every week.
