Beautiful property with great amenities. Location is close to everything without being in a high traffic area. Apartments are quiet, I rarely if ever hear my neighbors. Office and buildings staff are wonderful and do a n amazing job. Best move I’ve ever made!

the rent reasonable, there are just enough perks—an exercise room with basic equipment, a growing library, relaxing parlor, and a bright, airy community room. What sold me is all [the utilities (except phone) are included in the rent!
Is it perfect, not yet. A new place always has growing pains. I moved cross country to live here where I used to work and worship, and I haven’t been disappointed. [There is also a very cute and well-behaved pet population!]

I've been a resident since the opening in July. I absolutely LOVE my apartment (2 bedroom/one bath). I especially enjoy the pantry in the kitchen! This is the perfect 55+ community. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
