Management doesn't care, no repairs, and rent is expensive
December 26, 2024The new lady at the office (not Victoria) just doesn't care about the residents at all. Whenever you go there to raise a valid concern, she always says there's nothing she can do about it. Aiden (the previous guy) was more helpful. They hired contractors to tear up the drywall in our apartment after the hurricane. It's almost 2 months already, yet they haven't come back to repair our wall! I can't believe we are paying an expensive rent for this. They don't even offer any sort of compensation to ...their residents! I would have expected at least a credit in our rent to offset what they did, but none so far. I don't know if they are trying to make us move out so they can renovate and set a higher rent, but what they're doing is completely unethical. Terrible Communication
July 14, 2021I have had multiple roof leaks and it has taken management/maintenance DAYS for someone to come and look at the repair. I use the Resident's Portal to communicate with the manager/associates and they barely respond. I moved into a 1B1B and the walls also had damage. The area is nice but management and unit upgrade/upkeep could be WAY better.Property Manager Responded

June 7, 2021There are big roaches all over this property and worms in the apartments I’ve seen giant roaches outside and inside. Neighbors say the have the same issues, this people will take your money and you will never receive help from the office management or seen them again.Do Not Waste Your Money or Time. Bed bug and termites, and neglectful managment!
May 15, 2021I recently just moved in and within the first week I found there are bed bugs and termites and droppings in certain areas in my unit! It extremely disgusting! I have been trying to get the office to treat the bed bugs and termites but they have done everything to deny it despite all the bites I have gotten, when they finally believe me that there are bedbugs in my unit, they tried to blame it on me and make me to pay for the bed bug treatment. I cannot even live inside my unit, and now I have to ...deal with the poor management on top of it too. It has been a nightmare! I am trying now to move out without it effecting my credit or rental history! Save yourself the hassle and stress and please do not live here! May 5, 2021Ive lived at flagler point for 2 years and so far ive had a great experience. The front office is ran safe and professionally by assistant property manager carletta and the maintenance team has responded fairly fast to any maintenance issue ive previously had. Definitely the best in the area!
October 30, 2020We did an 8 month lease here and it was a really great experience. We were toggling between Largo & Bradenton and unsure of where we’d need to be at the end of this year so, after touring multiple other apartments we chose Flagler Pointe! Andrew in maintenance is AMAZING! He went above and beyond when there were tiny issues when we moved in and the work that was done was done right and quite efficiently! The Management staff replies quite promptly to any and all requests and the Apartments are ...really nice and the pools and amenities are great! Flagler Pointe Is A Great Place to Live

Maintenance issues are handled promptly and the resident app is a perfect way to communicate with staff. Flagler Point is a great place to live. Not good, just OK
June 10, 2020I wouldn't believe the reviews that say this place is great or excellent. It's far from it. Laundry facilities suck, most machines not working. Lots of roaches and rodents. Gunshots heard frequently, drug deals happening in broad daylight.Review from Apartments.com
