March 4, 2026Since the property changed from Bellamy to the new management company, I’ve had multiple billing issues that never occurred before. Random charges were added to my account twice, and I had to call to get them removed both times. During the second incident, I was told management would call me back because they were “all in the bathroom,” but when I went to the office, management was sitting at their desk. February 26, 2026I had an emergency move out situation, and flagship was able to move me into their apartment complex within one week of my request. The apartments are up to date and super clean, with maintenance being attentive and helpful. I only planned on staying six months, but I am resigning for the next year because I’ve really enjoyed living here.Review from Apartments.com
