The apartments are not bad I love it! I love the community but I would say, some days I do get a big weft of marijuana in the parking lot, this concern me because I have a child and I am also very sensitive to smells. There also have been time where I would go to the leasing office to ask questions.. the front desk associates always never feel like they want to work or be bothered which this could get a bit exhausting at times.

It has been nice to live in this complex with direct access to campus! On top of this, the amenities have been wonderful as well. This complex also has been extremely helpful with maintenance and answering us if we need. They are very quick to adjust or fix anything for your needs!

First day move in, hallways and stairs are disgustingly dirty. A lot of the appliances in my apartment are broken. The walls and trims are horrible. But most of the interior is fairly nice.

Just average, a few of the materials being used are inferior and repairs in the apartment are not fully done before one moves in but one gets billed for them, still doesn’t get fixed. Overall the apartment is good for the location being close to the University.

For anybody thinking about moving to Flagship Carrollton, I would not recommend it. Do not move here. The entire property has ill addressed mould problems and there was mould all throughout the kitchen when I first moved in and I had to request for somebody to take care of it, but it is still reoccurring, this issue was not disclosed prior to signing the lease. They also raised the rent a month after moving in without any prior notice. The appliances constantly have things wrong with them and ...

always need repairs. When it comes to packages they are late with updating when your package is in the mail room and if you call them to ask about it, they essentially tell you there’s nothing that they can do for you and that you just have to wait. Overall not a great experience would not recommend.
