March 4, 2026Since the property changed from Bellamy to the new management company, I’ve had multiple billing issues that never occurred before. Random charges were added to my account twice, and I had to call to get them removed both times. During the second incident, I was told management would call me back because they were “all in the bathroom,” but when I went to the office, management was sitting at their desk. February 26, 2026I had an emergency move out situation, and flagship was able to move me into their apartment complex within one week of my request. The apartments are up to date and super clean, with maintenance being attentive and helpful. February 25, 2026I absolutely love living at Flagship! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt right at home. The amenities are truly one of the best parts — everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Whether it’s the common areas, study spaces, or other shared facilities, it’s clear that the management team puts real effort into creating a comfortable environment for residents. The staff here are also amazing. They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns, ...which makes such a difference in day-to-day living. My apartment itself is cozy, well-designed, and has just the right amount of space to feel comfortable without being overwhelming. The location is another huge plus — being so close to campus makes getting to class quick and stress-free. Overall, Flagship offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and community. February 25, 2026My resident experience at Flagship Carrollton has been largely positive and comfortable. The community is well maintained, and the amenities make day to day living convenient and enjoyable. I especially appreciate the responsive maintenance team, who address requests quickly and professionally. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and major roads around Carrollton. While no property is perfect, communication from the leasing office has ...generally been helpful and courteous. Overall, living at Flagship Carrollton has met my expectations for a clean, safe, and friendly environment.
