March 9, 2026The staff here have been nothing but kind to me. However, I don’t like that the property management has turned rent increases every year into a game/competition. I don’t play about my money and I don’t understand why I have to make the decision to renew or give up my apartment a month after my lease starts. I also don’t understand why rent has to increase every year in the first place when the amenities stay the same. It’s an okay price for what it is compared to others in the area. Still ...expensive but less so than other apartments I’ve seen. Staff and having an in-unit washer and dryer is what keeps me here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 28, 2026I did not enjoy my time living here. I have had a myriad of issues since moving in regarding the staff mostly but also involving maintenance issues that went months unfixed such as our ac being out in summer for several months with only a window unit being placed on the bottom floor which of course did nothing for my top floor room.Review from Apartments.com
