Primero que todo llevo ya 4 años aquí y he visto como ha ido decayendo la propiedad.. primero la gerencia es super mala y descortés.. nunca tratan de ayudarte con un problema al contrario le agregan más problemas... mi consejo no lo piensen en mudarse aquí créanme lo van a lamentar despues.

First, they try to get you with a lease violation because they can't raise the rent on you. Second the owner/property manager are rude and disrespectful. Lastly, this would be a wonderful property if the other issues didn't exist. Consider this a warning not to move here. You will end up hating it.
