Nickel and dime
September 17, 2021They charge you for everything under the sun, but don’t act on anything they charge you for. There are bugs in the apartments. They don’t clean for you to move in, but even if you clean and leave the place in better condition that you received it in, they still charge you. And how about $300 for paint, when there was nothing wrong with the walls. This place is a joke.Property Manager Responded

Best View in Miami Beach

I love my apartment, the beautiful view of the Miami skyline and the convenience of living close to the beach but away from the craziness on Ocean Drive. A Beautiful and Relaxing Place to Live in the Heart of South Beach
April 19, 2018I have lived at Flamingo Bay in the North Tower for a little over a year now. It is beautifully landscaped and relaxing. You can walk out through a flower covered arbor to get out to the Biscayne Bay path and see all the boats and, sometimes, dolphins. There is a dry cleaner, a juice bar, fitness center, and liquor store right in the community. Flamingo is also the most pet friendly place I have ever lived. The maintenance and management are lovely and accessible, as well. I have only called ...maintenance one time and they came immediately. You can walk EVERYWHERE from here: Lincoln Road Mall, Whole Foods, Ocean Drive, the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens, The Holocaust Memorial, Soundscape Park, and more. I am writing this to help others avoid an extremely unpleasant living experience at the Flamingo
September 8, 2017One of my life’s regrets is moving into the Flamingo. The 2nd week we moved in we had a leak in our walk-in closet from the air condition this water damaged most of our clothing and they had drying equipment installed for 3 days. The same issue occurred again 4 weeks later. Once again 5 months later there was a fire in the apt above, flooding the entire apartment again. My concern is mold and its health issues. The fire alarms are constantly going off all times. There is an average of 4 per ...week night and day. How can tenants feel safe? I love to grill and by my calculations there are 2 grills for 3,200 tenants. While I was grilling one night at 7:30 and security asked me to stop grilling and to leave. I was quietly listening to my headphone and grilling food to take back to my apartment. I said that I would finish in 10 minutes and the security guard returned with a local police officer to have me arrested. The police confirmed I lived at the Flamingo and he told the Flamingo security staff “to stop wasting his time” and left me to my grilling. There is mold and water damage in all hallways and a constant smell of urine in the stairwells thought the entire complex again a big health issue.The court yard has a standing water in the planters and communal areas for the mosquitos to ignoring the Zika virus issues in Miami. Also, the pet owners battle a major flea infestation on the untreated lawns. The common residential balconies have underwear, towels, used condoms, and clothing discarded and left for months with no cleaning done by management. There were several vandalism incident’s including in the parking garage. Cars were vandalized with spray paint. Deceitful advertising
April 30, 2017Prices quoted are NOT for the apartments listed. They are bait and switch, designed to draw you in. Once you go into the office, the prices are suddenly $200-300/month higher for the places they advertise on their web site. flamingo resort north tower
July 28, 2015The building has very good amenities like the 2 pools with a bay view to downtown Miami. Also, its a very big and spacious building, its in close distance to all the major areas like lincoln rd, ocean Dr, the beach and much more. The apartment in north tower are a bit old and they tend to have mold if you don't keep the windows closed at all times and keep the ac at 68 degrees at all times. To avoid the mold. I had to throw away half of my closet the first few months when we moved here because ...of mold. The condo took care of a it but it came back until the weather cooled off. Also the condo's management team are a bit unconveniant. But for the most part its a nice place to live at.
