November 26, 2025So far, my experience living here has been excellent. The amenities are wonderful. I go to one of the gyms just about every day. The people are super nice. I feel safe in the area, and parking is easy. I have no complaints other than it’s kind of dirty with the valet trash service members leaving trash in the building hallways. November 21, 2025The location is convenient and it's relatively quiet for what's around. I haven't had any major issues and maintenance has responded to my requests in a timely manner. There are the occasional noisy neighbors, but that's expected at any apartment complex every now and then. People don't always follow the parking garage rules, there have been a handful of times where someone is parked in my reserved spot. October 23, 2025I have seen improvements with new management, it’s just unfortunate that they came a little too soon to truly enjoy living here. I lived across the street at Thousand Oaks for over 3 years before moving to Flatiron. All management has its issues but living here was significantly challenging and is a well known comment from locals in the community. I decided to continue my stay here in the complex and downsize into another townhome and he told me everything to do and what to expect and before I knew it everything was complete and waiting for my new lease to start in my new unit. October 10, 2025it was fine. quiet neighborhood. quiet neighbors. the office is impossible to get a hold of. too many leaks, cracks, wobbly appliances, broken appliances for how expensive it is but overall a positive experience though. no major issues, just inconveniencesProperty Manager Responded
