May 30, 2025We had a quick move due to our home sale and needed a short term lease. Christian found us a spot and everyone that we dealt with moving forward has been excellent,. Ashely was our move in specialist and she made sure any small issues were rectified within minutes. We had a AC issue day one and used the app and the AC repair folks turned up and fixed the minor issue within an hour. Not living in an apartment for over 40 years and this being our first, it has been a really great experience.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025I've been living here for 6 years, and it is still the best balance of location and price for me. My job location is close, also, you have a lot of recreational areas an grocceries in a walking distance away. I admire recent improvements from the management. Particularly it was great to find new pickleball courts available on-site! Unfortunately some irresponsible neighbors, especially pet owners spoil most of the vibes... They allow their pets to pee on stairs in the building, they don't clean ...poops... The area around the pickleball courts is literally mined with poops... That all is disgusting... Also the keep littering inside the buildings and smoking around, and not only tobacco... May 8, 2025Convenient location. Just a few minutes from Grandscape and from the Shops at Legacy and Legacy West. The only issues I really have are people not cleaning up after their pets and letting them pee inside the Flatiron building and people parking in reserved spots in the garage. It doesn't seem like the garages are monitored at all. Other than that, it's a decent community.Property Manager Responded
