    A true haven within affordable commuting distance to the entire DFW area. Green, quiet, friendly, and packed with amenities. The maintenance staff is surprisingly on top of requests, given the size of the complex. The leasing office is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.

    I just moved in and I'm genuinely impressed with how quiet and calm the community is. After coming from a chaotic living situation, this place is the peaceful domain I was looking for. ?The amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center, which is clean and well-equipped. The grounds are well-kept, and even the four flights of stairs to my unit are a great built-in workout. The neighbors I've met have been friendly and the community feels solid. Highly recommend.

    The amenities are great. Having the nature preserve close by is awesome. The only negative I have is with management not completing maintenance. We were sent emails and letters recently that they were restripping the parking lots and to move our vehicles by a certain time or they would tow them at our expense. Not only was it tactless, they did not complete the work.. Trust me, if management ever tows my car and tells me it’s at my expense, the only expense I’m going to be making is with my ...

    I really like the apartment community overall. The apartments themselves are nice, comfortable, and well-maintained, which has made living here enjoyable. However, some of the paid services have been disappointing. Valet trash and Fetch delivery have been unreliable, and they often feel like wasted fees rather than helpful amenities. In addition, during pool season, some of the pools are not cleaned as consistently as they should be, which takes away from the experience. With better reliability ...
